Amen has had a longstanding interest in women’s health, having completed her training in Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare 20 years ago. Since then, she has been providing contraceptive procedures and supporting women with their reproductive health. She believes that menopause care is vital, not only in managing the significant psychological and physical impacts it has at the time but also in ensuring better long-term health outcomes.

Outside of work, she enjoys keeping active, spending time with family and friends, walking her dog and travelling.
